LeaseMiles ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

• Vehicle Information: Make, model, year, lease terms, and odometer readings that you enter into the app.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features used, and app performance data.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers for analytics and advertising purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the LeaseMiles app
• Calculate and display your mileage statistics
• Send you reminders and notifications (with your permission)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our services
• Process your subscription payments through Apple
• Display relevant advertisements based on your vehicle type and usage patterns

Advertising

LeaseMiles displays ads to support the free version of the app. We may use information about your vehicle (such as whether you drive an EV or gas vehicle) to show you more relevant advertisements. We work with third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob, who may collect and use data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

Data Storage

Your vehicle and odometer data is stored locally on your device. We use Firebase services for analytics and crash reporting, which may process anonymized usage data on secure servers.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics: To understand app usage and improve our services
• Firebase Crashlytics: To identify and fix app crashes
• Google AdMob: To display advertisements
• Apple StoreKit: To process in-app purchases

Website Analytics and Session Recording

This section applies to our website, leasemilesapp.com. We use the following tools to measure and improve the website:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC): records the pages you visit, how you arrived (for example search, links or ads), device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, scrolling, outbound link clicks, App Store button clicks and calculator use. We have turned on Google signals, which lets Google associate visits with the Google accounts of signed-in users who have enabled Ads Personalization, so we can see aggregated demographic and cross-device reports. We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): records how visitors interact with our pages, including clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, to create heatmaps and session replays that help us find and fix usability problems. Clarity is set to mask what you type into our forms.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.): counts page views and measures how fast our pages load. It uses no cookies or other storage on your device and does not fingerprint visitors, so it runs on every visit whatever you choose in the cookie banner.
• Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow: report how our pages appear in search results. These tools do not place cookies on your device through our website.

If you visit from outside the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, these tools run from your first page view, including advertising related measurement. You can turn this off at any time by choosing "Reject non-essential" in the cookie banner or by using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

If you visit from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, these tools only use cookies after you choose "Accept all". Until then, and whenever you decline, they send limited measurement without cookies that does not identify your device.

LeaseMiles is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
