LeaseMiles - Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LeaseMiles ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LeaseMiles is a mobile application designed to help users track their vehicle lease mileage, monitor costs, and manage lease-related information. The App provides tools for mileage tracking, cost calculations, reminders, and related features.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 LeaseMiles Pro

LeaseMiles offers a premium subscription ("LeaseMiles Pro") that provides access to additional features including fuel savings tracking, smart reminders, lease deal analysis, multiple vehicle support, and an ad-free experience.

3.2 Billing

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

  • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

  • Subscription prices are subject to change with notice

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

3.4 Free Features

Certain features of the App are available without a subscription. We reserve the right to modify which features are included in free and premium tiers.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the App

  • Manually enter your odometer readings accurately

  • Not rely solely on the App for legal or financial decisions regarding your lease

  • Keep your device and App updated to the latest version

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements

  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

  • The calculations, estimates, or projections provided by the App will be accurate

  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEASEMILES AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Loss of data

  • Mileage overage fees or penalties

  • Lease-related financial losses

  • Any other losses arising from your use of the App

The App is a tracking and estimation tool only. You are solely responsible for monitoring your actual lease terms, mileage limits, and obligations to your leasing company.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate calculations and estimates:

  • Mileage tracking depends on user-entered data

  • Cost calculations are estimates and may not reflect actual charges from your leasing company

  • Fuel savings calculations are based on user inputs and average fuel prices

  • You should always verify important information with your leasing company directly

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by LeaseMiles and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://leasemiles.app/privacy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple's StoreKit for subscriptions). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
